Architrave

Nu Stock Ltd offers a range of cellular PVC-UE architraves to suit all applications, available in three widths 40mm,60mm and 90mm and in lengths of 2.5mtr and 5mtr it is available in white, mahogany, golden oak, rosewood and black ash.

The range is suitable for internal or external use with resistance to water and elements due to its impermeable skin and the closed cellular structure.

Installation

The main characteristics of these architraves include its workability, the products are easy to install due to working with conventional tools, you can saw, drill, route, using traditional woodworking tools, please note you should use fine toothed saws and power saws should be set at the fastest speed using carbide tipped blades. Fixing can be done using silicone, superglue, acrylic and traditional methods of screwing and nailing.

Fire Resistance

These products have been tested to meet the flame retardance requirements of BS 476, pt5 1979 ignitability test self extinguishing, pt6 1989 resistance to fire propagation class 1, pt 7 1987 resistance to spread of flame class 1y.

Recognized Standards.

These profiles meet British standard BS7619 1993, and are manufactured to BS EN ISO 9002 1994 (BS 5750 Pt 2)

Guarantee

These products come with a 10 year guarantee including colorfastness, and resistance to warping splitting and cracking.
Stability
These architraves are not affected by liquids or other substances in most everyday use, they will also not be attacked by alkalis or acids.
Being cellular pvc ue these architraves are resistant to any wood boring insects, and you will not have any problems with any fungal growth.
